Operational Trainer wanted in Malton, North Yorkshire
PAY: £13.70 per hour
HOURS: 10am-6pm
DAYS: Monday - Friday
Pro-Pak Foods is a major supplier of delicious ready meals to many of the UK’s leading supermarkets and convenience stores. Our chefs, working with our customers, have created a menu of more than 200 quality meals.
As Operations Skills Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering training to new hires and existing employees in our operations team. You will have a strong background in operations and be able to demonstrate a passion for training and development.
Role responsibilities include:
Collaborating with other departments to ensure training aligns with business needs
Building key relationships within operations
Working with other departments to ensure all SOPs are up to date and trained out correctly
Keeping up to date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
Experience needed:
Experience working within production
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other training software.
You must be process driven and be a self-starter. We are looking for someone who has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Full training will be given to the successful candidate
